Awarded Sole Supplier Contract for First Quench Retailing

Cashbox is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender, it has been appointed sole supplier for processing the ATM sites of First Quench Retailing ("FQR"). Cashbox previously had a five year processing agreement with FQR for part of their estate, which concluded successfully in September 2008, at which point the entire estate was put to tender. This agreement means that Cashbox will continue to process their existing sites as well as another 80 additional sites previously supported by a competitor. First Quench Retailing is one of the UK's leading independent specialist drinks retailers, owning well known drinks outlets such as Threshers, The Local, Wine Rack and Haddows, in Scotland. In total, FQR operates around 1,500 shops in England, Scotland and Wales. Ciaran Morton, CEO of Cashbox, commented "We are delighted that our outstanding service offering has been validated with this successful tender bid, which positions us as sole supplier to First Quench Retailing.
