Director Disclosure

Cake Box, the specialist retailer of fresh cream cakes, announces the following disclosures in relation to Martin Blair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mr Blair was appointed as a director of Ifonic plc (then named Redbus Internet Distribution Limited)("Ifonic") in January 2000. In May 2001, Ifonic entered into a company voluntary arrangement with its creditors.

In January 2000, Mr Blair was appointed as a director of Filmgroup Limited ("Filmgroup"), resigning in October 2001. Filmgroup was put into a creditors' voluntary liquidation in November 2001 and was subsequently dissolved in October 2003.
