Statement re suspension
On 26 October 2010, Cashbox was informed that legal title to the £1.8 million loan note ("Loan Note") which was issued on 19 September 2008 and arose out of the settlement of litigation announced on 23 October 2007 had been transferred to YourCash Limited (formerly Hanco ATM Systems Limited) ("YourCash").
On 8 November 2010, YourCash claimed immediate repayment of the entire principal and accrued interest due under the Loan Note, having concluded that Cashbox was in breach of certain provisions of the Loan Note.
Whilst the directors of Cashbox are considering the next steps to take in connection with this claim, trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM has been suspended.
