Cashbox PLC02 April 2008 Cashbox plc (the "Company") Conversion of Loan and Additional Listing Total Voting Rights Following the announcement of the Interim Results when the Company noted thatthe holders of the convertible loan note for £583,788 had given notice of theirintention to convert, the Company announces today that it has issued andallotted 11,675,764 ordinary shares in the Company at a conversion rate of 5pper ordinary share in accordance with the loan note to the holders, MBCInvestments Limited. Application has been made to AIM for the new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading and dealings are expected to commence on 7 April 2008. Following the admission of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinaryshares in issue, and therefore the total voting rights, will be 94,847,525.
