Notification of Transaction by a PDMR

In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 1 August 2016 that Swagatam Mukerji, Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares on 29 July 2016 at a price of ÂŁ0.35 per share. All of the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of the transaction the PDMR will now be interested in the total number of shares set out below.
