Share buyback programme

Centaur Media (LSE: CAU), the business to business information, insight and events group, today announces that it has agreed with Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Centaur Employee Benefits Trust, EBT) to carry out an ordinary share buyback programme, with the objective of putting shares into the EBT for use in meeting future obligations arising from share-based rewards to employees. The programme will involve the purchase of ordinary shares in the Company on-market up to the value of £0.8million in total. Any purchase of ordinary shares effected in relation to this announcement will be carried out on the London Stock Exchange and executed in accordance with, and subject to limits prescribed by, the Listing Rules and in accordance with the authorisation granted to the Board by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 9 May 2017. Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage the programme on its behalf.
