Centaur Media Plc (LSE: CAU) (the "Company") announces that, on 21 December 2017, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited as part of its buyback programme announced on 16 August 2017.
