Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, announces that it was yesterday informed that on 11 January 2017, the wife of Edmund Limerick, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 530,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9.5p per Share.
Following these purchases Edmund Limerick now holds 1,100,000 Shares and his wife holds 1,135,000 Shares.
