Change of Directorate
Roxi announces that as part of a restructuring of personnel and corporate management, David Barker, Chief Operating Officer, will leave the Company and step down as a Director effective today
Rob Schoonbrood, Chief Executive, will assume the duties of the Chief Operating Officer.
David has been an important member of the management team since the company's formation and has made a significant contribution to the company's progress to date. The Directors thank David for his contribution to date and wish him well for the future.
