The following replaces the 'Award of options' announcement released today at 07:00 under RNS No 0090U.
The announcement has the following changes:
David Wilkes - 12p LTIPs - the total quoted was 2,534,918, now reads 2,354,918
Clive Carver - 38p LTIPs - the total quoted was 1,435,660, now reads 1,345,660

Award of options
Roxi , the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, and its Remuneration Committee are pleased to announce that on 14 December 2011 18,500,000 new options were granted exercisable at 4p, a 10% premium to the closing mid market price,. The recipients include Directors of the Company as follows

Kuat Oraziman | 4,200,000 |
Hyun sik Jang | 4,200,000 |
Clive Carver | 2,400,000 |
Edmund Limerick | 1,200,000 |
The options will vest only after the commencement of production.
Following the grant of these new options there will be 56,521,429 options in issue. The total number of shares in issue is 609,590,281.
