Roxi announces thatΒ as part of a restructuring of personnel and corporate management, DavidΒ Barker, Chief Operating Officer,Β willΒ leave the Company andΒ stepΒ down as a DirectorΒ effective todayΒ 

Rob Schoonbrood, Chief Executive, will assume the duties of the Chief Operating Officer.

David has been an important member of the management team since the company's formation and has made a significant contribution to the company's progress to date. The Directors thank David for his contribution to date and wish him well for the future.
