NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
On 23 September 2015 and 24 September 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification of the following transactions in shares in the Company:
Ceenie Trust acquired 1,000,000 shares on 23 September 2015 at 66.00p per share.
MStead Limited acquired 693,823 shares on 23 September 2015 at an average price of 66.00p per share and 306,117 shares on 24 September 2015 at an average price of 66.05p per share. Following these transactions MStead Limited owns 52,608,047 shares representing 7.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in both Ceenie Trust and MStead Limited. Following the transactions the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 171,722,366 shares representing 24.51%.
Wessel Hamman is a Director of Homestead Group Holdings Limited, the parent company of MStead Limited but has no beneficial interest in either entity.
