Notice of AGM and publication of Annual Report
Capital & Regional today announces that its 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 9 May 2018 at 10.00 am at the Dawson Room at 110 Rochester Row, London, SW1W 1JP. Shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at 6.30 pm on 7 May 2018, to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
In connection with this, the Notice of AGM and the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts are being posted and/or made available to shareholders today. Copies of the documents will shortly be available in the Investor Info section of the Capital & Regional website at capreg.com and from the National Storage Mechanism at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
