Hugh Scott-Barrett

The Company received notification on 9 March 2017 of the following transactions on the London Stock Exchange by Hugh Scott-Barrett, the Chief Executive of the Company, in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:

To reallocate and acquire shares across his holdings Hugh Scott-Barrett acquired 158,174 shares at a purchase price of 59.3 pence per share and sold 125,000 shares also at a price of 59.3 pence per share, both on 9 March 2017.

Hugh Scott-Barrett's beneficial holding following the transactions has increased by 33,174 to 2,240,000 shares.

Rameros Investments (Pty) Ltd

On 10 March 2017 the Company received notification that Rameros Investments (Pty) Ltd sold its entire holding of 98,260 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 March 2017 on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The shares were sold at a price of ZAR 9.50 per share, equivalent to approximately 58.8 pence per share based on an exchange rate of 16.16 ZAR to 1 GBP at 10 March 2017.

Rameros Investments (Pty) Ltd is a connected party of Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, although he does not have a beneficial interest in the entity.

The beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in the Company remains 137,102,157 ordinary shares, representing 19.52% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is now 175,523,732 shares, representing 24.99% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
