DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 16 May 2018 through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme ("the Scrip"). The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at 51.77 pence per share, being the Scrip reference share price.

Following the above transactions the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in ordinary shares of the Company is 135,905,982 shares, representing 18.817% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
