Cadogan Energy Solutions plc ("Cadogan" or the "Company") today announces that its CEO, Mr. Fady Khallouf, has purchased:
on 07 February 2024: 250,000 ordinary shares of £0.03 each, in the capital of the Company, at a price of £0.027 each.on 08 February 2024: 250,000 ordinary shares of £0.03 each, in the capital of the Company, at a price of £0.027 each.Following this purchase, Mr Fady Khallouf holds in total 14,029,105 shares representing 5.75% of the Company.
