Confirmation of Interim Dividend Timetable
Further to the interim results announcement released on 25 October 2023, the Company confirms the salient dates pertaining to the declaration of the interim dividend as follows:

Last day to trade cum dividend (UK register) | Wednesday, 15 November 2023 |
Commence trading ex-dividend (UK register) | Thursday, 16 November 2023 |
Record date | Friday, 17 November 2023 |
Payment date | Friday, 1 December 2023 |
Accordingly, the interim dividend of 2.7 pence per share will be paid on 1 December 2023 to shareholders reflected on the register as at the record date of 17 November 2023.
