Director/PDMR Shareholding
Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, on Wednesday 25 November 2009 exercised an option to purchase 388,000 shares at an average price of 92 pence per share under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme. He then sold the shares at an average price of 368p. In addition Mr Vetch sold from his beneficial holding 587,195 shares also at 368p.
Mr Vetch has also notified the Company today that he transferred 150,000 shares in specie in exchange for an interest in Higher Ground Ltd. Following these transactions his beneficial holding is at 8,767,524 shares representing 6.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
James Gibson, Chief Executive Officer, on Wednesday 25 November 2009 exercised an option to purchase 124,334 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He then sold the shares at an average price of 368p. His beneficial holding remains at 2,418,119 shares representing 1.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Adrian Lee, Operations Director, on Wednesday 25 November 2009 exercised an option to purchase 298,060 shares at an average price of 95 pence per share under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and 100,000 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He then sold the shares at an average price of 368p. His beneficial holding remains at 889,267 shares representing 0.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Executive Directors have now exercised all share options which have vested and are subject to income tax on exercise.
