1. On 3 June 2024, Mr Gibson exercised an option to purchase 996 ordinary shares maturing under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at an average price of 903.2 pence per share. This increases Mr Gibson's beneficial holding to 1,848,062 ordinary shares, representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
