N Brown Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 28 June 2024 235,681 ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were issued to its Interim Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Johnson, and 149,061 Ordinary Shares were issued to its Chief Financial Officer, Dominic Appleton, representing one third of the value of bonus awards in respect of the 52 weeks ended 2 March 2024 in accordance with the terms of the Company's annual bonus scheme as set out in the Company's Remuneration Committee report within the annual report and accounts for that period.
The Ordinary Shares were issued from the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust and are not subject to any performance conditions but are subject to a two-year holding period.
