N Brown Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 February 2025, the following ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were acquired by directors of the Company following the exercise of awards made under the N Brown Group plc 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan and the N Brown Group plc Share Plan in connection with the recommended acquisition of the Company by Falcon 24 Topco Limited.
Stephen Johnson - 1,508,001 Ordinary Shares
Dominic Appleton - 942,772 Ordinary Shares
To satisfy the exercise of awards, the relevant Ordinary Shares were transferred by the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for nil consideration. Further information on the Company's share plans can be found in the scheme document published on 29 October 2024.
