Senior Management Changes

Promotions for Ofer Bar-Ner to COO and Moti Nagar to CFO

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ofer Bar-Ner, current Chief Financial Officer, to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of BATM and promotion of Moti Nagar, current VP Finance, to Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 January 2015.

In his new role, Mr. Bar-Ner will manage the Medical distribution and sterilization businesses, as well as have responsibility for the strategy and business development of the Medical division, including the genetics business. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors and will continue to serve as an executive director on the Board of Directors of the Group.

Mr. Nagar, an Israeli Certified Accountant, joined BATM in June 2014 as VP Finance, assisting Mr. Bar-Ner in discharging his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, including regulatory obligations with regards to the London Stock Exchange and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Prior to BATM, Mr. Nagar was a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2011-2014, having joined in the company in 2005. During that time Mr. Nagar had various responsibilities including handling the accounts of leading corporate clients in Israel and overseas, with companies traded on the LSE, NASDAQ and TASE, as well as private businesses operating in a range of sectors. Mr. Nagar was also involved in advising a number of public offerings by corporates in Israel. Mr. Nagar will not be appointed to the Board of BATM at the present time.
