BATM Advanced Communications gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") of the Group is to be held at the offices of finnCap Limited, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ on 10 September 2014 at 11.00am BST.
Information on the resolutions to be considered at the Meeting can be found in the Notice of AGM circular that, along with forms of proxy and direction, has been made available to shareholders of the Group as an electronic communication and is available on BATM's website: www.batm.com.
