2. Documents filed at the Israeli Registrar of Companies

The Company filed one report with the Israeli Registrar of Companies during the period 1st May 2009 to 1st May 2010. This notice was filed on 8th July 2009 and was to register the last amendments to the Articles of the Company as approved by the AGM on 17th June 2009.

3. Annual and interim reports

The Company's annual report for the year ended 31st December 2009 (submitted to the UK Listing Authority on 30 April 2010) and interim report for the six months to 30 June 2009 can be downloaded from the Company's website at http://www.batm.com.
