Amazon Web Services partnership for Edgility  

Edgility becomes first AWS solution for AWS IoT Greengrass service that offers Edge Deployment and Management at Scale

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, is pleased to announce that Edgility, the Group's virtualisation and edge compute platform, has become an Amazon Web Services ("AWS") Qualified Software Partner solution for AWS IoT Greengrass, an open-source edge runtime and cloud service that helps customers build, deploy and manage intelligent device software.

This represents a further route-to-market for Edgility, particularly as it is the only AWS solution available for AWS IoT Greengrass users that enables zero-touch deployment and provisioning of any device hosted on-premise (as opposed to in a public cloud or remote data centre) as well as management and orchestration of networking, security and AWS services at scale. As part of the AWS Partner Network ("APN"), the Group will also leverage the APN Customer Engagements program whereby partners collaborate and co-sell with AWS to discover new sales opportunities.

To become an AWS Partner, Edgility underwent a thorough Foundational Technical Review by AWS. As a result, Edgility has been technically validated by AWS and its qualified software partner status is testament to its experience and proven success delivering AWS services to customers.
