Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, announces that it has been informed that on 8 August 2024 Richard Cosgrove, Managing Director within the Bricks and Building Materials Division, exercised his vested 2020 LTIP options over 162,758 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Richard sold 78,135 Ordinary Shares at a price of 69.1250 pence each to cover the purchase costs and his tax liabilities.
Following this purchase, Richard Cosgrove is beneficially interested in 84,623 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
