Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, has been notified of the following transactions by a PDMR of the Company.
On 14 June 2024 Douglas Bryce, Managing Director within the Contracting Division, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 67 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Douglas Bryce is beneficially interested in a total of 1,209,750 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
