The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 1 September 2022 at 12:45pm under RNS No 9804X:

The Company was advised following the release of the announcement that 1,354,240 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") had been cancelled on 31 August 2022. To reflect this cancellation, the issued share capital as at 31 August 2022 has been amended to 398,433,733 (from 399,787,973) and the number of Ordinary Shares to be cancelled has been amended to 380,260 (from 1,734,500).

All other details remain unchanged.

Burberry Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 August 2022 consisted of 398,433,733 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one vote, including 6,052,720 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Ordinary Shares held in Treasury do not carry any voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 392,000,753 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights confirmed in this announcement reflects 380,260 shares which will be cancelled in accordance with the ongoing share buyback programme of the Company.
