Burberry Group plc - Annual Financial Report

The following documents have today been made available to shareholders of Burberry Group plc

(the "Company"):

1. Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 1 April 2023 (the "2022/23 Annual Report");

2. Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM"); and

3. Form of Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Form of Proxy").

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, each of these documents in unedited full text has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The documents are also available on the Company's website at Burberryplc.com.

The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday, 12 July 2023 at Conrad London St. James, 22-28 Broadway, London, SW1H 0BH. The total of the votes cast by shareholders for or against or withheld on each resolution to be put to the meeting will be published on Burberryplc.com as soon as possible after the meeting.

The information contained in this announcement, and in the Preliminary Announcement, does not constitute the Company's statutory accounts, but is derived from the statutory accounts. The statutory accounts for the financial year ended 1 April 2023 have been approved by the Board of Directors and will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies following the AGM.
