BP Share Value Plan awards
BP p.l.c. was notified on 18 March 2016 that on 15 March 2016 the following senior executives (persons discharging managerial responsibility) acquired the number of Restricted Share Units equivalent to the number of ordinary shares (ISIN number GB0007980591) shown opposite their names below at a price of £3.72 per ordinary share, under the BP Share Value Plan:

The numbers of Restricted Share Units granted under the BP Share Value Plan represent the number of BP ordinary shares awarded under the plan which may change at vesting following a three year performance period. In addition, each senior executive will be entitled to additional ordinary shares representing the value of reinvested dividends on those ordinary shares which vest.
Restricted Share Plan II awards
BP p.l.c. was notified on 18 March 2016 that on 15 March 2016 the following senior executives (persons discharging managerial responsibility) were awarded the number of ordinary shares (ISIN number GB0007980591) at £3.4154 per ordinary share in Restricted Share Units shown against his name under the BP Restricted Share Plan II. These awards of Restricted Share Units will vest over three and five year periods. The participant will be entitled to additional ordinary shares representing the value of reinvested dividends on those Restricted Share Units which vest. | ||
