In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that it has been notified that Joanne Lake, Deputy Chairman and Non-executive Director of the Company, has today been appointed to the board of Morses Club PLC, upon its admission to the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange Plc.

This is a directorship which will be held externally to the Company.
