Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, announces that on 17 October 2018, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.45 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 2,515,019 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
