("Off-Plan" or the "Fund")
Holdings in Company
Off-Plan announces that on 12 March 2010, Mr Nigel Henry sold 929,425 ordinary shares in the capital of the Fund ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the sale, Mr Henry now holds a total of 150,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.69 per cent. of the Fund's voting share capital. These shares are held in Mr Henry's pension fund and via Rock Nominees Limited.
The Fund also announces that on the same day, Mrs Reva Henry, Nigel Henry's wife, purchased a total of 929,425 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 16.67 per cent. of the Fund's voting share capital.
