Directorate Change

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald McKay Reid to the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director, with immediate effect. 

Mr Reid, aged 54, qualified as a Trust Estate Practitioner in 1995 and was a director of AIBJerseytrust Limited from 1988 to 2006 during which time he was also a director of Wigmore Property Fund I Limited and held directorships in other property owning companies.  He left in 2006 to join Anglo Saxon Trust Ltd as a director.

The Company is required to have two Jersey resident directors on the Board and this appointment fulfils that requirement.

The Company is currently in discussions with potential candidates for the Chairman role and an announcement is expected in due course.

Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is disclosed;

Mr Reid has confirmed there is no additional information under schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
