Clarification of Dividend Declaration

Bloomsbury wishes to clarify, for the avoidance of doubt, that the statement made Tuesday 21 May 2019 in its announcement of Results (RNS Number 6204Z) in respect of dividend payments:

" … the final dividend will be paid on 23 August 2019 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 July 2019 ..."

Should read:

" … the final dividend will be paid on 23 August 2019 to Shareholders on the register on the record date of 26 July 2019 ..."
