Itis intended that the Company's employee benefit trust will acquire shares(either by way of subscription for new shares, market purchase or from treasury)necessary to fulfil any obligation arising from the vesting of the Awards. The notification of these Awards is intended to satisfy the Company'sobligations under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule3.1.4.
