Strategic Streaming, Treasury and Asset Update
Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV), the gold streaming, mining and treasury company, is pleased to provide the following update regarding the continued execution of its streaming and treasury strategy, including operational progress across its streaming activities, treasury accumulation, and deployment of mining infrastructure.
Streaming and Operating Business Update
The Company continues to build its operating streaming business across Bitcoin and precious-metals-related cash flow opportunities.
During May 2026, the Company marked an important milestone for BMV with the delivery of its first full month of revenue generation from operating assets. While still early in the Company's development, this represents a significant step in the transition from portfolio construction towards recurring cash flow generation.
Management views this as an important milestone in the evolution of the business and a demonstration of the Company's ability to convert assets into recurring economic output.
Additionally, the Company continued to strengthen its operating platform through targeted hires across Operations, Commercial and Finance. These additions have been made while maintaining BMV's disciplined and lean operating model, with a continued emphasis on equity-based incentives and long-term alignment with shareholders.
The Company also completed the restructuring of the legacy Asian assets. This work forms part of a broader effort to simplify the business, strengthen the balance sheet and improve capital efficiency.
Over the past twelve months, substantial progress has been made across both the asset and liability side of the balance sheet. As a result, management believes as BMV approaches the second half of 2026, it does so from a significantly stronger financial position than at any point in its recent history.
Looking ahead, the Company remains focused on expanding its portfolio of productive assets, growing recurring yield and executing on several strategic initiatives that are expected to further enhance shareholder value. Additional updates regarding the Company's yield-generation strategies will be provided in due course.
Gold Streaming Opportunities
Development work continues on BMV's flagship gold streaming opportunity. The Company believes the asset has the potential to become a cornerstone investment within the portfolio and remains focused on advancing the opportunity in a disciplined manner.
In parallel, management continues to evaluate a number of additional streaming and royalty opportunities. Consistent with the Company's investment philosophy, priority is being given to transactions capable of delivering near and medium-term cash generation, that offer strong downside protection, attractive risk-adjusted returns and high-quality counterparties.
Treasury Activities
The Company continues to maintain exposure to both gold and Bitcoin through its treasury strategy. Management remains constructive on the long-term role of scarce monetary assets and continues to view treasury management as a core component of shareholder value creation.
