The Company announces that it was informed on 12 May 2015 that Alex Borrelli, CEO and Chairman, and Dennis Bailey, PDMR, each bought on 12 May 2015 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 0.5p per share. Following these transactions, Alex Borrelli holds 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company) and Dennis Bailey also holds 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company).
