Tecteon PLC13 April 2005 Tecteon PLC Issue of Equity Tecteon PLC ("Tecteon" or "the Company"), a leading provider of voice quality,comfort listening and hearing protection technologies and solutions, announcesthat it has placed 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at 3p per share toraise £300,000 before expenses. The funds raised will be used as workingcapital. Tecteon has a comprehensive suite of products and integrated solutions, in theform of voice quality software modules and software stacks. These products andsolutions are applicable to a number of sectors in the market requiring voicequality enhancements and comfort listening. This fundraising will allow Tecteonto implement a more aggressive commercialisation programme and enable it totarget several markets simultaneously.
