Disclosure of Share Dealing Code
As a dual-listed public Company quoted on the AIM market of The London Stock Exchange and listed on The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Berkeley is required to comply with regulations relating to both markets.
Therefore, in accordance with ASX listing rules 12.9 to 12.12, Berkeley has published its policy in respect to dealings in the Company's shares by directors and employees ("Share Dealing Code") on the Company's website at www.berkeleyresources.com.au and submitted the Share Dealing Code for publication on the ASX company announcements website.
