RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today, 29 November 2012, at 3.00pm (WST).
The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange.
In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the following information is also provided:

Retirement of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Berkeley Resources Limited ('Berkeley or 'the Company') advises that Señor Jose Ramon Esteruelas has retired as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Señor Esteruelas has been a Non-Executive Director of Berkeley since November 2006 and has played a key role as the Company has moved from explorer to developer in Spain.
The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Señor Esteruelas for the valuable contribution he has made to the Company and wishes him all the best for the future.
