Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of cloud video platform technology using its patented Blackbird technology, makes the following disclosures pursuant to AIM Rule 17.

Further to this morning's announcement made by Thomas Cook Group plc ("Thomas Cook") in relation to it entering into compulsory liquidation with immediate effect, Dawn Airey has ceased to be a Non-Executive Director of Thomas Cook.
