("Big Technologies" or the "Company")
EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 20 December 2023 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 20 December 2023 at a price of £1.725 per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Following this transaction, a total of 2,137,304 shares representing 0.74 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
