Update: Late publishing of accounts
Bioganix, the AIM listed waste management services group, today announces that it has requested that its shares be suspended with immediate effect as it has not yet completed the final preparation of its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.
The consolidated results, which the Company anticipates will be unqualified, are expected to be sent to shareholders on or before 11 July 2008. There are not expected to be any material changes from the preliminary final results for the year ended 31 December 2007 which were announced on 15 May 2008.
