Bango plc announces that 1,135 new Ordinary Shares of 20p each ('New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of employee options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 28 September 2009.

The Company's total issued share capital after the admission of the New Ordinary Shares will be 28,398,442 Ordinary Shares. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
