Consideration of 2012 Share Purchase
The Company has been informed by the 2012 Fund that it is giving consideration to market purchases of 2012 Shares up to a value of £10 million, with a view to reselling those shares at a time when the 2012 Fund requires additional capital from an investment perspective and those shares can be sold at a price that is higher than the price at which they were acquired by the 2012 Fund.
The Company has been advised by the general partner of the 2012 Fund that its preliminary view is that it is likely that the net asset value per 2012 Share will be reported as modestly lower at 31 March 2015 when compared with 30 September 2014.
