Posting of EGM Convening Notice and Proxy Form
Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. (the "Company") announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held at 4:45 p.m. (Luxembourg time) on 15 November 2013 at the Légère Premium Hotel Luxembourg, 11, rue Gabriel Lippmann (Parc d'Activité Syrdall), L-5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg.
In connection with this meeting, copies of the following documents, which have been posted to shareholders today, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"):
§ the Convening Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 15 November 2013; and
§ the Proxy Form for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 15 November 2013
