Guinness Partnership Ltd announces redemption price for the early redemption of the GBP 110,000,000 9.125% Bonds due 2025

On 26 February 2021, Guinness Partnership Ltd (the Company) sent letters to Stockholders announcing the Company's early redemption option in respect of the GBP 110,000,000 9.125% Bonds due 2025 (ISIN: GB0006467723) (the Bonds)

 

The Company confirms the following:

 

Redemption Price: 134.234% (excluding accrued interest)

 

The Bonds will be redeemed on 31 March 2021

 

Holders of the Bonds should contact the relevant corporate actions department within the clearing system(s) it is held for further information.
