The Guinness Partnership Limited and Shepherds Bush Housing Association merger update
The proposed merger between The Guinness Partnership Limited ("TGPL") and Shepherds Bush Housing Association ("SBHA"), having previously received Board Approval from both TGPL and SBHA, has now also been approved by the SBHA Shareholders. The merger remains subject to obtaining appropriate consents from third parties.
A further update will be provided on the timing of the merger in due course.
TGPL is a community benefit society with registered number 31693R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number 4729. SBHA is a community benefit society with registered number 16442R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number LH0050.
