CORPORATE CREDIT RATING
Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP) ("Avation" or the "Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that Standard and Poor's ("S&P") rating services has assigned a long term corporate credit rating of "B" to the Company with a stable outlook.
As a Singapore based company, Avation was assigned an "axBB" long term ASEAN regional scale rating. Furthermore, a "B-" long term rating was assigned to the Company's first tranche of its medium term notes programme.
